DUNSYRE BLUE £4.95
A blue cheese made from full-fat unpasteurised cow's milk. Dunsyre Blue is milder, sweeter and creamier tasting than Lanark Blue, partly because of the Ayrshire milk.
It has an unusually wide range of rich grassy flavours. It is described as the "Scottish Roquefort".


LOCHABER SMOKED - £4.95
From MacDonald's Smoke House, Glenuig, Lochailort near Lochaber. This full-fat oak smoked soft cheese is coated in oatmeal.

INVERLOCH GOATS - £4.95
A Scottish hard cheese, strong flavour, full fat, white, 100% goats milk, encased in red wax.

MATURE SCOTTISH CHEDDAR - £4.95
McLelland's seriously strong white is our preferred cheddar, but not always available. Full and rich with hints of salt and in a way comparable to parmesan.
It delivers a real flavour punch.
