THE CELLAR FUNCTION ROOM AND BAR

Self-contained, flexible, with it's own bar. The ideal rendezvous for informal gatherings.

General Information and Guidance:
You are welcome to 'decorate' the Cellar for a special occasion at a mutually convenient time. We are licensed until midnight, premises to be vacated by 12.30am.
You may employ your own DJ or group, although we can recommend someone to you, with whom you should negotiate and pay directly. DJs, etc should be set up before 5.30pm. A piano is availble for competent players only but it is not guaranteed to be 'in tune'.
We do not accept birthday parties under the age of 21 years. For 21st birthday parties, conditions apply and we would require to discuss these with parents/guardians before acceptin a bookin. Principally these should be family focused with parents/guardians present throughout the function.

Terms and Conditions:

A non-refundable deposit of Ł50 would be required 4 weeks before the function, which will be deducted from your final bill. The bill must be paid in full at the end of your function unless credit has been arraned.
No alcohol or food should be brought into the premises for comsumption without prior specific arrangements.
Prices are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%.
A service charge is not applied and is at customer discrestion, unless previously agreed.

Accommodation:
Finger/Fork buffet with limited seating, approx 50/60 persons max
Plate buffet with limited seating, approx 40/50 persons
Plate buffet fully seated, approx 40/45 persons
Fully seated for lunch/dinner, approx 50 persons
Refreshments only, approx 60/70 persons. With DJ 55/60 persons
