How to find City Merchant.
From the M8 motorway, exit at J15 (East or West). Signs will indicate A803, Cathedral, and Glasgow X. 
Turn right onto Castle Street which leads onto High Street and continue South.
Cross over the Duke Street/George Street junction and at the 1st set of traffic lights, turn right onto Ingram Street, then turn 2nd left onto Candleriggs.

...The simple main course of grilled Dover sole showed the kitchen can get the elements of the dish right. The fish was nicely cooked and fresh, and it's melting Cafe de Paris butter, red from paprika dotted with herbs and seasonings lubricated it and made this simple dish delicious.
